San Pedro de Alcantara -- Within the Marbella municipality San Pedro is just over six miles west of Marbella. The town is about a mile and a quarter from a very fine sandy beach with a promenade overlooked by luxury apartments -- there are some excellent beachside fish restaurants.

The Town and the surrounding area -- In the central plaza stands a delightful colonial style church fronted by palm trees. If you head up the hill in the direction of Ronda you will find the Los Arqueros golf course on the left hand side of the road -- there are also two other excellent golf courses nearby.
